I think I’ve discovered with this book that Stephen king does not have my favorite writing style, the tone of narration and attitude of characters I find mildly annoying. The story ofc however is incredible and there are some very rewarding and haunting bits of prose particularly (my favorite) as he revisits the path to the burial ground and describes in dreamlike detail the a horrific face seemingly emerging from nothing, perhaps his imagination or the fog
